To make this you need soaked urad dal, curd, salt, green chillies, ginger, black salt, chaat masala, green coriander. First of all, grind urad dal and make a good batter by adding salt, green chillies and ginger to it. Now pour the batter in the appam maker without oil and keep cooking. It will cook very easily. Kadhi Badi- To make this, you will need soaked gram lentils, curd, gram flour, salt, green chillies and spices.
